The 180 posters of different types of figurative language include:
This resource is meant to be used on a daily basis in class.
It can be used as a spiral review, daily practice, etc.
Print and hang up or project and display one poster a day and have the students identify which type of figurative language it is.
Then students write the sentence down on the correct figurative language graphic organizer and complete the page.
There are multiple versions included to meet your needs:
-Ink saving posters with borders
-Ink-saving posters without borders
-1/2 page version of figurative language book
-Full-page version of figurative language book
There are multiple ways to use this resource:
-Use the color version of the figurative language posters to project the poster in the classroom.
-Use the ink-saving version of the posters to print and hang around the classroom or use in small groups.

-A poster with questions for students to use when stuck
